Suspicion. Grumbling. Sarcasm. These are just a few of the ways that negativity rears its ugly head and causes us to do and say things that damage our closest relationships. Whether we think the worst about a decision our spouse made, we refuse to see any good that can come out of an uncomfortable situation, or we let our mouths hurl a playful quip that stings, our negative attitudes and actions can hurt.
