#109: On today's episode I am joined by Eileen Pesarini. Eileen is running the successful healthy snack business - Line's Bites - and just started her second venture with - getvuel -. She is completely immersed in creating healthy and nutritious snacks. If you are following me on Instagram, you probably know that her brand is literally my favourite when it comes to my love for healthy sweets. Eileen always loved backing and when she was confronted with various intolerances she was guided onto a journey towards creating snacks which are gluten, lactose and refined sugar free. Next to running her business and with her background in nutrition studies she has also written recipe books with wonderful healthy recipes to recreate. That's not all though. She is also being a wonderful Mum to her small daughter and a true advocate for finding healthy routines, harmony or balance in life to feel good. Her priority: Taking good care of her mind and body.
