Manage episode 437602128 series 3562338
One of the most difficult things to do when you’re having debt troubles, is getting in touch with your creditors. You might have feelings of embarrassment or be worried what the next steps might involve. The anxiety surrounding this can be made worse by being in prison, it’s no longer a case of making a phone call or going online
If this sounds familiar, then Money Mondays is here to help. We’ll be looking at why it’s important to speak with your creditors, how to do this from inside prison and the kinds of support they might be able to offer you.
We welcome Rachel on to the show who is an industry expert with a heart of gold. She has spent years supporting customers and helping people with debt issues get back on their feet. She explains the problem but more importantly, looks at the potential solutions too
