Every mother out there right now is trying to make decisions when all of the options on the table are less than ideal between home, work, and school. This week, I continue the discussion we started last week to equip mothers with tools they need to make the tough decisions.
While a probability impact matrix is used regularly in business and project management, we’re talking about how it’s an excellent tool to use in our personal lives, because it helps moms identify where to focus their energy and resources when there’s many “what if” scenarios on the table.

About the Host:
Janice Scholl has spent her entire career talking about money and business. Through her time as a commercial banker, consultant, and mentor to budding entrepreneurs, she helped clients create solid business and financial strategies to help propel their business to success.
