The Dolphins wrapped up one of the most eventful OTAs in recent memory. Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa was absent along with a maybe dozen other starters. Star safety Jevon Holland took a shot at former defensive coordinator Vic Fangio. First-round draft pick Chop Robinson sat out for an undisclosed reason, as did last year's top pick, Cam Smith. To top it all off, coach Mike McDaniel acknowledged Miami's shortcomings last season and insisted that they have an opportunity to change the narrative this coming season.
