In this episode, I interview myself, Spencer Raposo, R.Kin and give an idea about how these episodes will work and what will be discussed. This episode will be used as an introduction to get to know me. The format of the show will be based around questions with lots of time to discuss each topic. The questions we discuss will typically include:

- Their background story about how they go to where they are now.
- What they do in their role(s) as a Kinesiologist.
- Their overall experience as an R.Kin.
- Where do they see the future of the profession going.
- Any advice they have for Kinesiology students or new R.Kin listeners.
About Spencer: Spencer works as a Registered Kinesiologist for CBI Health Centre in London, Ontario working with various populations. In addition to his full-time job, he works as a personal trainer at the local Stoney Creek YMCA, a contract rehabilitation therapist with NextStepRehab Therapy. He is the Founder of Kinformation, an online Kinesiology COKO RKin Exam Prep Course and Host of this Making Kinnections podcast.
