Today's guest is Walter Ajogbor, an award-winning commercial banker who's spent the last 10 years in the financial services industry.
Walter recounts his journey from his humble beginnings as a customer service representative to being a top-notch commercial banker. He discusses how moving from country to country as a kid helped him develop really good relationship building skills that have become a great advantage to him now.
He also shares why he believes that it's important to understand that things and situations are bigger than just you and it's crucial to put others first. He encourages us to not skip the process on the way to the top and don't despise the days of small beginnings.
