Joining us for today's episode of Living Off Rentals is someone who has been in digital marketing for over ten years, but with the heart of a real estate investor.
Alvaro Berrios wanted to work in the real estate space straight out of college, but when he graduated in 2010, the housing market was terrible.
After working in the digital marketing space since college, he decided to take the plunge last year into high cash flowing short-term rentals.
He joined the First Vacation Rental Investment Blueprint program and invested in his first property which was extremely budget friendly AND produces over $2,000/month of net cash flow!
