Losing his mother at a very young age was devastating, but losing his dad, who was his best friend, to a heart attack when he was in high school rocked his world. Cole became passionate about serving other through his faith, but he also wanted to make a difference in people's lives through health and fitness as well as positive mindset and confidence, so he started his own life coaching business and has changed the lives of thousands!
