As a DEI strategist, she and her team work with clients to build inclusive, equitable, accessible, and anti-racist cultures from the inside out. Although Leena does not believe in binaries and that tolerance is not enough, she is committed to advancing the field of diversity beyond superficial politics and potlucks. And as the daughter of a Punjabi trucker, she shares her experience and commitment to creating space for our humanity in the face of division.
