My guest on today's episode is Natalie Garcia

Natalie Garcia is an LA based Chicana Creative Professional: an Author, Spoken-Word Poet, and Creative Director. She is driven by a passion to challenge the Latina narrative. She is confident that the wisdom she inherited from her ancestors and from her own life experiences shapes a perspective that can nurture her community into healing and growing. She guides us all into becoming Las Brujitas del Jardin. Natalie’s writing focuses on self-love, healing, and spiritual practices. Her first book “Cósmica” is a collection of Spanglish poems, mantras, and magical self-care rituals. It was published in the fall of 2021 with Alegria Publishing. Natalie is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Positive Psychology to help normalize therapy, brujeria, and trauma healing in the BIPOC community.
