Many projects seem to fall victim to the same issues: Team members arguing about the budget or schedule. Owners feeling as if the contractors are trying to take advantage of them. Contractors and subs feeling like they're not being treated fairly. Designers feeling that their designs are not being honored, etc. The issues pile up over time, until you're left with a failed project and no clear idea as to where it all went wrong.
