The upcoming concert of the Petach Tikva Museum of Art Orchestra, "Sounds of the Seasons" is a musical accompaniment to the exhibition currently showing at the museum: "In Their Image, Album Darom (southern album)" which presents photographs of the western Negev region from the 1950s through the events of October 7th and the fighting in the south. At the heart of the December 18th concert is "Winter," composed by Staff Sergeant Uri Bar Or, a promising young composer, who wrote the piece at the age of 17, and who fell in battle in the Gaza Strip last May, at the age of 21. Michal Oren, music director of the Petach Tikva Museum of Art Orchestra spoke to KAN reporter Naomi Segal.
