In this podcast episode, I delve into the transformative journey of my 2023 experiences. From setting personal intentions at the year's start to recounting adventures in Spain, Sweden, Portugal, Poland and many other places. Even more important, I discuss the internal transformations that have tkane place during 2023. You will hear me expressing gratitude for deep connections and growth and I emphasize the significance of letting go of what no longer serves me to embrace new beginnings. As I am looking forward to the upcoming year 2024, I will also share some plans for the podcast going forward.
