Part 2 of our teaching series Outsiders, Underdogs, and Long Shots, Pastor Scotty Priest emphasizes that God has a time for each of us. From birth to death, your life is a gift and God has given you a purpose for this one life that you have. Teaching this week from the book of Esther.
“For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?” Esther 4:14
However, it is possible that we can waste key life moments if we don’t realize that God has placed us in this slice of history for a reason. It is tempting to think that what we are doing doesn’t matter. But what we are doing IN THIS MOMENT matters. What we are saying IN THIS MOMENT matters. This is your time, and timing is everything. Don’t miss it because God has you here “for such a time as this”.
