They break down what it was like to create gaylor content on tik tok, the hate that gaylors get from homophobic swifties, and how connecting and sharing theories with gaylor friends online taught them about their own queerness. Madyson explains how Taylor Swift using historical queer flags, like hairpin drop, in her music has taught mainstream audiences about flagging; One example being how lesbian Youtuber Shannon Beveridge posted a promo for Friend of Dorothy merch explaining what a queer flag is and why we use them, using Dorothea by Taylor Swift as the song playing on the radio.
