It's been a huge week in British distance running as thousands took to the streets of London to run 26.2 miles, well at least some of them managed it anyway. Huge shame that Josh had to call things a day just before 20 miles, after experiencing some hamstring issues, but he puts on a brave face to talk us through his race and week leading into it. Shane hasn't been running whatsover, while Aaron also doesn't do too many miles but feels inspired after watching the action unfold from the roadside in London. There's some urinal chat on this episode, but please don't follow the hygiene advice from Josh or what Aaron details about a previous world record holder.
