Jorge Abreu studied to be an Electrical Engineer, but knew he wanted to own his own business. Juggling a massive portfolio of single family houses was extremely time consuming. Jorge ultimately wanted passive income, not another job, which is why he shifted his focus to large, commercial apartment communities. This allowed Jorge to focus on what mattered most – spending more time with his family. Through trial and error, he learned the ins and outs of the real estate industry and eventually became a successful real estate entrepreneur.
