During the second hour of the show, coach chats with Brendan King about the call on the Indiana State Sycamores baseball team with a win over UIC 10-6. They also preview Brendan’s upcoming season being the voice of the South Bend Cubs. They also talk a little bit about the Sycamores upcoming NIT Final Four matchup against Utah on Tuesday night at Hinkle Fieldhouse. Pete Smith joins the show to talk some more about his upcoming call for the IHSAA Boys Basketball Tournament and recently being inducted into the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame. Rob Blackman, the voice of Purdue men’s basketball, joins the show to talk about the Boilermakers taking down Gonzaga in the Sweet 16 80-68 and moving on to the Elite 8. Finally, to close out the second hour, WIBC’s Kurt Darling joins the show to also preview the 2A matchup in the IHSAA Boys Basketball Tournament and has the call for the game.
