Dr. César Lara, Owner of the Center for Weight Management, adopts a groundbreaking approach to weight loss. Traditional mindsets tend to blame weight loss patients for their nutritional choices, lack of exercise, or other factors. According to Dr. Lara, this approach is dysfunctional. Instead, by adopting a lifestyle medicine perspective, Dr. Lara helps patients healthily release weight through lifestyle changes. Dr. Lara will continue embodying these principles in an exciting Guatemala retreat taking place on March 21st.
