Summary:
Success, blessed and getting more done. All those things sound good and it’s things that most people want but what really matters is that in the right context, it’s also what God wants for us and we see it in Scripture. Not only do we see it in Scripture, but we see God’s plan to experience it in life.
Today I want to encourage you to know that God is good and he wants good for you just like any good father would.
Let’s look at just a few of the Scriptures on these subjects and allow God’s Word to get in and take root in our hearts.
Success
Joshua 1:8-9 English Standard Version
8 This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. 9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
Psalm 1-3 ESV
1 Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked,
nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers;
2 but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night.

Grace To Get more Done
1 Corinthians 15:10 ESV
“But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace toward me was not in vain. On the contrary, I worked harder than any of them, though it was not I, but the grace of God that is with me.”
Romans 5:1-2 ESV
“Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God.”
2 Corinthians 9:8 ESV
“And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work.”
Success, Blessings and Achievement are all centered on putting God and his Word first in your life. Living by faith is the life God has called us to and that means honoring him by living by his Word.

In everything you do, put God first, and he will direct you and crown your efforts with success.
