Does your imposter 'voice' stop you from being as successful (and happy) as you could be? What if, you welcomed those thoughts in - would it actually make you a more effective leader?

In this ep I am talking about...
- What’s keeping you stuck in your career and locked in a cycle of self-doubt, constantly feeling like you’re less talented than other people

- The ONE new strategy to help you sidestep your limiting thoughts so you can finally step up in your career

- 3 questions to help you shift your mindset away from feeling 'not good enough'... to help you fully recognise your own value

Here's something valuable I said today:

"Imposter thoughts step in to shield you from making a mistake. You might subconsciously be saying to yourself, "If I don’t speak up, then I can’t be ridiculed", or "If I don’t go for the opportunity, then I can’t fail" and although you might really loathe talking to yourself this way, having that balanced perspective - where you don't believe you know everything - can actually make you a more insightful leader." (Rebecca Allen, host Her Ambitious Career)

About Rebecca:

Hi, I’m Rebecca Allen and I’m an Executive Coach and Personal Brand expert for corporate women, aspiring to senior levels of leadership. I absolutely LOVE coaching and seeing my fabulous clients exceed their own expectations. I’ve worked for 11 years now as a coach and have helped women at companies including Woolworths, ANZ, J.P. I live for those phone calls from clients, jumping up and down, telling me they’ve got that promotion, negotiated a seismic pay rise or have moved into a role completely aligned with their mission, values and strengths. I’m a working mum of two wonderful children, adore travel and trying my hand at anything creative. I’d love to connect with you!
