Hi everyone, my name is Tracy, your host for Healing Starts With You, an astrology and healing podcast. Today, I'm talking about trust and how it's so important to clear that from your energy.
As a soul astrologist, I see trust issues reflected in birth charts. For instance, I had a client who had been in a very abusive relationship, which led to a deep-seated distrust in others. This distrust carried over into subsequent lifetimes, affecting every relationship they entered. The cycle repeated itself until they recognized the core issue.
Understanding and accepting the lessons from past experiences can pave the way for healing. Often, trust issues stem from an inability to trust oneself. It's essential to address the core wound first before employing other healing modalities like mindset work, breathwork, or affirmations.
Once you identify the root cause, you can begin to heal. Addressing the core wound is crucial; otherwise, you're merely layering different healing techniques without resolving the underlying issue. This episode emphasizes the importance of healing the wound first to break the cycle of distrust.
