Lester Kiewit speaks to Bronagh Hammond, spokesperson for the Western Cape Education Department, and Imraahn Mukaddam of the Elsies River CPF, after a grade 8 learner was shot dead outside his home. Two other kids were injured in the shooting which saw gunmen flee through a nearby school as children prepared for the start of the day.
