So the ice cream date debate is back! I shared my opinion in last week's episode on why I think ice cream dates are the best. I posted about it on social media and asked my audience what's wrong with an ice cream date?! Coach Adeja said absolutely not! So I decided to bring her on to the Go Girl Podcast to share why she thinks an ice cream date is the bare minimum.
