One game we all play, whether we will admit it or not – control. We want to control everything: our calendars, our diet, our health, our finances, our emotions, our future.
But when it comes down to it, for as much as we desire control, it feels like we’re playing a real life game of Candy Land. We just keep flipping card after card, hoping we can control the outcome. We desperately want to stack the deck in our favor, but there’s no way we can.
