Introducing our third episode of our Flow Seekers podcast with an interview Hanny Allston!
Hanny's life achievements to date are incredible, so much so, we don't have enough space to list them all here. However, her athletic career really sprang into action when in 2006 she was, (and still is), the only athlete to win both the Junior & Senior World Orienteering Titles in the same year. From there, Hanny has continued to achieve multiple accolades in her athletic career, many of which we touch on during our interview.
In addition to being an elite athlete, she also successfully operates a retail store - Find Your Feet for which, in 2018, she won the Telstra Small & Succeeding Business of the Year, Tasmania. Hanny is also an author, including launching her recent memoir - Finding My Feet.
