"Absolutely, I’ve made wrong decisions, and I probably still do. There’s no way you’re going to make the correct decision every single time. If you regret it and think ‘if I would have done this differently, then..’ - I think it’s completely poisonous. I’d rather reflect neutrally on the situation, identify what led to the bad decision and learn from it."
