In this second episode of "Fidinam Podcast - Unlocking China" our speakers will discuss the amended Company Law in China, which has come into effect from the 1st of July 2024. This episode is the recording of a recent webinar.
The new legislation will impact local and foreign-invested companies as it introduces new compliance requirements, operational adjustments and governance practices that businesses must adopt to stay compliant and competitive in the evolving Chinese market.
Our speakers in this episode are Tommaso Colli, Managing Director of Fidinam Shanghai and Zach Lichtblau, Principal Consultant of Shanghai BNLS Law firm.
