So you’re trying to figure out how to find and choose a coach? Maybe you’ve had coaching in the past, and it didn’t feel like a good fit. Maybe you’ve never had coaching.

It’s a big leap, and it’s a big investment (whether it’s your company’s money or your own), so you want to make sure you choose the right coach for you.

In this episode I share some of the questions to ask and the things to look out for when you’re looking for a coach (and why these are so important), including:

Do you feel comfortable with them? Comfortable enough to share some really deep and personal stuff with them? Comfortable enough for total honesty?
Where do they come from? Why did they get started on coaching? What do they believe their coaching is for?
What’s their philosophy, and what are the beliefs that they hold about life and leadership?
What is their worldview? What is their secret (or not so secret) agenda?
