We rarely talk about grief. And as men, we often avoid the conversation entirely. This puts men in a real corner when we lose a loved one - a parent, spouse, friend, and even a child. When confronting we tend to isolate, self-medicate, avoid, and sometimes do all three rather than face the very real emotions associated with losing a loved one.
In this episode, I sit down with Andy Bohart, host of the TikTok channel DadsGrieve2, and we have a very raw and heartfelt discussion about the loss of his son and working through the very real feelings associated with grief.
