In this episode, we delve into the shocking findings of Human Rights Watch (HRW) regarding the actions of Burkina Faso's military. According to HRW's report, the military summarily executed approximately 223 villagers, including 56 children, in February. The executions were part of a campaign targeting civilians accused of collaborating with jihadist militants. HRW conducted its own investigation into the reported execution of around 170 people in attacks on three villages located in Burkina Faso's northern Yatenga province.
