As we near the end of the summer holidays, we hit the perfect time that lots of people are beginning to look for new jobs – and when you get that new job, one thing all successful job applicants will have in common, is the dreaded probationary contract!
Beginning our mini-series on probationary contracts, this week, we’re going to explore what a probationary contract is, how probationary contracts are used by employers and the key things to look for in your probationary contract.
In next week’s episode, we’ll look at your employment rights during your probationary period at work.
