- Commitment 2 Love, Love is a Verb-Author Kyle Phew- What does Love Look Like to you? In his book one thing that resonated with me is how he shares about Self-Awareness and how important it is to know. Do you think you have Self-Awareness? It's important to have this quality as it will strengthen you relationships knowing each others goals. Self-awareness is a powerful tool for redefining love because it helps us identify our blind spots, those areas where we might act unconsciously or fall into old, often detrimental patterns. It's not about becoming someone else, It's about embracing our authentic selves and using our self-knowledge to cultivate healthy, loving connections that bring joy, growth, fulfillment.
- Intentional Communication: Communication is the lifeblood of any relationship.When communicating with intention, we consciously choose to express our thoughts, feelings, and needs in a way that fosters understanding and connection.
- A gentle touch: A hand on the back, a hug during a stressful day, these are examples of gestures of communication, affection and create a sense of intimacy.

- My personal Wellness Wednesday Journey- When and Where it all started?? Pre Covid saw myself in the RowHouse Mirror and didn't like what I saw. I didn't know who that woman was in the mirror. At 5' 4" on a Good Day with Heels as I say I was unhealthily overweight 204 lbs. I made a conscious decision to break my old bad unhealthy habits, replace them with new ones. It was no easy feat, but with the help of natural supplements to fill the nutritional gaps ie. sleeping, metabolism, appetite control, and eating healthy foods and exercise. As a lot of people do, after married, I got lackadasical and stopped my good habits due to comfortability and bad influences with no one to blame but myself.
- Can Do Attitude and Recognizing My faults- I got back on track Implementing what I know, eat healthy, listen to your body, drink your water, get good rest, exercise and low and behold since July I am proud to announce I am 25 lbs down to 135lbs. Friends, it's never to late! Don't give up on yourself!
