In this episode of the Elevate Podcast, Adam Harris discuss how to create a vision for businesses and organizations. He introduces the Vision Traction Organizer (VTO), a tool used by EOS implementers to help teams clarify and align their vision. The VTO consists of eight areas that cover core values, core focus, ten-year targets, marketing strategy, proven processes, milestones, and the traction part of achieving the vision.
Adam emphasizes the need for everyone in the leadership team to be on the same page and have a buy-in to the organization's vision. The VTO helps organizations define their purpose, target market, differentiate themselves, and establish a proven process. It also aids in setting milestones and breaking down the vision into achievable goals.
