The E360 Method is a journey that, like many remarkable discoveries, began quite accidentally. Reflecting on my birth and formative years, I understand how I lacked the innate ability to connect with emotions, forcing me to adapt and mimic behaviors as a means of survival. Though initially a necessity, this process of mirroring and acting out emotions eventually became ingrained as a learned behavior.

Growing up, I found peace in observing and collecting data, and then attaching emotions to it to navigate the world around me. Little did I know then that this ability to connect the dots and understand how things worked would pave the way for my future endeavors.

As I dove deeper into understanding the intricacies of the human brain, particularly my own, I became enamored with the science behind it all. This fascination led me to uncover how I naturally applied these insights to my client interactions, particularly in my consulting and coaching roles.

What began as a subconscious application of reverse engineering gradually evolved into a fully realized methodology that I now call the E360 Formula. Rooted in the principles of data-driven decision-making and emotional intelligence, this approach empowers individuals and businesses to achieve their highest levels of success.
