In this heartfelt episode, I sit down with Courtney Boyer —trained therapist and Sex and Relationship —for an empowering conversation about sisterhood, healing, and the profound importance of connection among women. Together, we explore how rediscovering our identities beyond societal roles can ignite transformation and joy. From navigating intimacy and desire discrepancies in relationships to unpacking the triggers that lead to deeper self-awareness, this dialogue is a raw and inspiring journey. It also gets a little spicy at the end with anonymous questions submitted by women in our community - you can expect questions about exploring anal to non-monogamy. Through laughter, vulnerability, and wisdom, we delve into why women must prioritize their pleasure, self-care, and authentic connections—not just for ourselves but as role models for our children. We also highlight the magic of retreats, like our upcoming Paris retreat , where women can step away from their day-to-day lives to rediscover their truest selves in a supportive, non-judgmental space. Tune in now for real and raw discussion that is just the tip of the iceberg for what's to come in Paris! If you'd like more information on Paris - you can click here!
