From that moment I devoted 20+ years latter with endless trainings in martial arts, movement, yoga, psychology, personal development, living in the jungle in an Indian tribe and studying plant medicine, shamanism, tantra and so much more.]

I strongly believe we are here on this planet to live fully every day of our lives, share our open and radiant hearts so we can create a better world for our children and every next generation to come.
