Whenever we think about Transportation Design all that comes to our mind are those crazy perspective sketches, dramatic photoshop renders, and alias models. We often design for the design briefs, but how does that design brief come into existence? Who creates those briefs for the automotive giants? What does the process of designing a brief involve?
In this episode, Harsh Agarwal talks about exactly that. He is a Masters in Transportation Systems and Design from Artcenter, California. He emphasizes the importance of User experience research in Transportations design. He talks about how he conducts multi-fold research and reaches a conclusion. Harsh also shares an interesting take on UX research and his experience at Volkswagen as a UX Designer.
