Brian Morris is a retired U.S. Army Special Forces Master Sergeant with an impressive military career spanning over 25 years, most of which was served as a Green Beret.
He is a decorated combat veteran who participated in numerous deployments, including missions in Afghanistan, Africa, Bosnia, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, and other global hotspots. His expertise includes Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE), having taught at the SERE School and even authoring important manuals on the subject for the Army Special Forces. After retiring from active duty in 2012, Morris continued to serve in various capacities, including a role as a Counterinsurgency Advisor in Afghanistan. He later became a published author, known for his books on personal security and survival, such as the "Green Beret Survival Guide," which offers practical advice on situational awareness and threat avoidance in today's volatile world, and the “Green Beret Bushcrafting Guide” that gives the reader a comprehensive approach to surviving and thriving through any situation. Morris's contributions extend beyond his military service, as he continues to educate others on personal safety and survival through his writings and professional engagements.
