Didn't really have much to say this week. Adding in a raw, unedited episode just to stick to my weekly schedule. I got some bad news regarding a family member having cancer. I'm devastated by the news and I feel lost. I decided to post an episode describing my feelings since Coping with Good Enough is partly my version of therapy. I wanted to show my audience what it means to be vulnerable. What it means to be hurting. Even with all of my knowledge and coping mechanisms, sometimes we just fall apart. I'm not sure if this episode will help anyone out there who is listening or perhaps it's just to help me feel better.
