Marissa and her boyfriend Paea were celebrating her 22nd birthday at a hotel in San Jose California. The police were called for noise complaints. The couple was asked to leave after a few words were exchanged. One of the officers on body cam asked another officer to hold and get a riot gun. Police tased, shot the couple with rubber bullets and beat them with batons. They're lawyer filed a lawsuit against the city.
