Today I am in Tartu talking to Kristina Birk-Vellemaa who is a Sexual Health Educator for the Eesti Seksuaaltervise Liit (The Estonian Sexual Health Association).

I wanted to talk to Kristina about how society sees male porn addiction. It kinda seems to me that it is something which is really being experienced by a lot of guys but no one is really talking about it right now.

We talk in general about how sexual education is given in Estonian schools these days and the work Kristina does in educating young people and in particular school teachers. We go through how porn is kinda normalized these day and how that's not necessarily bad but we totally don't talk about it much. We don't have a really great way of working out how much is too much porn and in many ways we don't even have standard definitions for this stuff.
