What happens when someone passes away and leaves real estate to a loved one? Certainly you need a team of people to help you navigate what could be the trickiest thing you’ve ever had to endure. Some people go to a real estate agent to sell the house, but I can tell you that most real estate agents, and in fact many attorneys, don’t know what to do in a situation like this.
