Nina presented an Amphitheater lecture during this week on "Russia and the West," on Wednesday, July 18.
Nina is the author of Imagining Nabokov: Russia Between Art and Politics and The Lost Khrushchev: A Journey Into the Gulag of the Russian Mind, which is about her grandfather Leonid Khrushchev, the oldest son of former Soviet premier Nikita Khrushchev.
