In this episode, we talk with Aaron von Cheff of Avo Mortgage. It was the first-ever recording session for the podcast and it took place not long after I got my power back after two weeks of darkness from hurricane Fiona.
Aaron did a great job of highlighting some of the craziness that was going on behind the scenes to make all these buying and selling transactions take place - particularly on the mortgage front. Since Aaron and his team are working on mortgages all the time, I took the opportunity to get his thoughts on where interest rates are going as well as to learn a little bit more about where that magical mortgage money comes from.
