Sunday, August 11, 2024 – The title of the message is “The Authority of God’s Word.” This means that the Bible is true, unchanging, and is the very Word of the Creator God. It represents God's character, message, and instructions for mankind to live by, regardless of time or place. Peter provides a strong argument for trusting the Word of God as the only true and reliable source of information. By studying and understanding its teachings, we can combat the falsehood and deception spread by those against God. We must trust and apply what God instructs us to be found faithful upon His return or when we face mortality. If you want to hear God say, “Well done thou good and faithful,” then strive to be good and faithful today. Worship and study with us.
