Craig, Carl, Nicola and Aidan are back after the festive holiday to kick off 2012 with CastIron episode 6, in which we look back over the four results since episode 5 and look ahead to the Iron's away game against Colchester. We also talk about changes to the Scunthorpe squad now that the January transfer window is open, including details of deals already done and discussion about possible other moves. We then answer a couple of great questions from Jim Coulson (thanks again Jim!); which Iron centre back from our past would we bring back in their prime if possible to solidify our defence, and what is the best motivational advice we have ever been given which could be given to the team at half-time in matches to try to prevent the recent trend of poor performances in the second half of games (which evolves somehow into more general discussion about improving confidence and getting the fans at Glanford Park more vocal).
