Neil Schoepp has been based out of NYC for 40+ years. He worked for the city to provide for his family. The goal was not to get rich but to be able to give no matter what. Neil was an officer and a fireman for twenty-four years until he realized he needed something more – real estate.
He began to educate himself with tools like our Cash Flow Pro podcast and developed his real estate portfolio and teaching methods to help others do the same. Neil created “Systems To Goals,” or STG, a strategy founded on the belief that we as individuals chart our course.
