What are the conditions that we need as people, family and church to reach our full potential? One of the most important conditions for growth of any unit is to have unity among people. Unity does not mean that we are all the same or we all do the same thing. Being united means despite the differences, we are able to work as one. Here, Paul speaks of the gifts that God has given to churches for ministry, which leads to unity and maturity in the faith.
